	At www.bidworld4u.com, placing Bids on-line frequently or repeatedly can incur high costs. Users must pay attention to their bidding practices and check their charges regularly. Any bidding advice or other written materials, for instance Help articles posted on our website are provided solely as suggestions. They are not intended to be relied upon.

	We are not liable or responsible for any actions taken due to a user or other person having read or been told about such advice or other written materials.

	The member declares that they are legally capable to enter into Bidding Package and they should be 18 years old by registering with us or placing a bid on bidworld4u.com. Selected Bidder may be required to provide proof of identity and age before purchasing an auction product. Any bids placed by bidder under the age of 18 will be deemed invalid and no auction bidding amount will refunded to the bidder.

	We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason and to close his or her user accounts at any time at our sole discretion.

	No more than one user registration per household is permitted. 	Registration & Activation After registration with Bidworld4u if register Id is not activated or Top Up within 45 Days then that Particular Id will be blocked. If you want to unblock then 70MYR will be charges per ID.

	Indemnification Members agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless bidworld4u.com, its affiliates and their respective employees, directors, officers, and agents from and against all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of the use of bidworld4u.com by member's account .We may terminate this agreement at any time. Without limiting the foregoing, bidworld4u.com have the Rights to Terminate Immediately any member's account in the event of any conduct by subscriber which bidworld4u.com, in its sole discretion, considers to be unacceptable, or in the event of any breach of this agreement.

	Our Privacy Guarantee a. Your privacy is very important for us and we give topmost priority to it. We take every precaution to guarantee that your privacy is maintained when you log-in our website. We do not distribute, sell, or rent your name or personal information to any third party. This includes any e-mail addresses, phone numbers or mailing addresses that you provide. b. We never ask about your financial information, such as your credit card information, and other supplemental information other than you have provided at registration as a member of our auction.

	Bidding By clicking on the relevant bid buttons, bids can be placed. Once a bid is placed, a credit is deducted from the member's Bid-Wallet & E-Wallet account. For some items we require more than one credit for each bid.

	Redeem Reward After joining the Bidworld whatever accumulated Reward Points you are generating from (Binary, Direct, Weekly & Royalty reward Points) can be used for Bidding, New Registration or Wallet withdrawal up to 100% but as per your work performance in Goodwill to Company.

	How the Auctions Work The price of the item on which the user is bidding should be unique & highest. A bid submitted by the member constitutes willingness of a member to enter into a Bidding Package with bidworld4u.com and in the event of successful finish of an auction, the claim to receive a purchase offer for the item of the auction under the conditions set out in the related auction. A Package to purchase the item does not come into effect until the auction is finished. However, purchasing bids does not guarantee that you will win an auction.

	Responsibilities of joined member After joining Bidworld If anyone is not working or not introducing New Member OR Collecting only other ID Holder’s Reward Points in his/her own ID and using for Wallet withdrawal then Company will not accept his withdrawal request & that rejected reward points will be transferred to Bid wallet. And that accumulated Reward Points will be used only in bidding. Withdrawal reward request will be accepted if it is his/her own reward points.

	Winner Declared Whoever places the unique & highest bid will be declared winner when an auction is finished.

	Purchase Bid Package a. Every Bidder has to purchase a Bid Package & that Bid package amount is not refundable. b. No Credit is provided for bid will be offered while placing the bid. c. Bid Points will be credited in bidder bid accounts and from that points members can place a bid to win product.

	Collection of Winning Product After Won the Product Member should be paid the concern product amount within 7 days to the Company. If amount is not paid within 7 days Product will not be delivered to the respective member.

	Bank Withdrawal Request While updating your Bank details such as: - A/C Holder name, Bank A/C No. , IFSC Code, Swift Code , Bank Name, Branch Name & Pan No. should be mentioned accurate in your profile then & then your Bank withdrawal request will be accepted by Admin & then it will be proceed ahead for the NEFT & ECS transactions ID Holder name & Bank A/c Name should be same.

	ID Transaction In your Id Account Id Holder is responsible for all type of transaction related to Member Wallet Transfer, Bid wallet, Bidding & New Registration etc.

	ID Termination If any Id Holder is promoting to any other Company after Joining G-Link & Misguiding to other members then that ID will be terminated without any prior Notice.
